Meet the Counselor

Hello, Viper Families!

My name is Anne Marie Sharma, and I am the School Counselor at Anaverde Hills School this year.  I have worked for Westside Union School District since 2003, in my roles as Resource Specialist and School Counselor.  My three sons went through Westside, and my eldest son, Mr. Kirk Sharma, is a former Anaverde teacher. 

I present classroom lessons to each class every month on various topics and am available to your children on the playground and in my office, as needed.  If you have any social-emotional concerns about your children, please reach out to me at the gate in the morning before school starts, or via email or phone.  I look forward to meeting you and creating partnerships with you and your children to ensure they are happy and thriving at school and ready to learn.
